1. Using Voicezvaults

You may use Voicezvaults for lawful personal, educational and professional knowledge-preservation purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the materials you provide and for protecting access to your account.

2. Your vault content

You retain ownership of the stories, recordings, documents and other content you submit. You grant us permission to process that content only to operate, secure and improve the Voicezvaults service, in line with our Privacy Policy.

3. AI interactions

Voicezvaults provides AI-assisted responses based on the content in a vault. These responses are intended to support learning and conversation; they should not be treated as professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content or use a vault to harm, impersonate or misrepresent another person.

5. Service changes

We may update, improve or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We may revise these Terms when necessary. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
